Anaerobic Degradation 101

This class is your primer to all things to do with anaerobic degradation. Biodegradation studies with emerging organic contaminants (EOCs), such as pharmaceuticals and personal care products, have mainly focused on aerobic conditions until recently. This class will allow you to see what anaerobic degradation is and how it offers great promise for the future.

Kent Armstrong is the President of TerraStryke LLC and has over 35 years’ experience in the environmental industry. His responsibilities over those three decades have included wastewater treatment plant chemist/operator, college Human Anatomy instructor, to the design, implementation and oversight of private-government sponsored remediation projects.

Lance Robinson is the Chief Technology Officer of EN Rx. He holds a B.S. from the University of South Florida in Chemical Engineering. Prior to EN Rx, Robinson worked for 14 years as a design and assessment engineer for various environmental consultants in the remediation industry. His experience spans projects in petroleum, pesticides, and solvent remediation, completing projects from inception through closure.
