Mr. Jackson is a Program Manager on Pace Analytical’s Specialty Analytical Services team. In this role he provides technical support, contract development and program management for water and wastewater utilities, solid waste facilities, and stormwater monitoring programs. Paul manages Pace’s Emerging Contaminants program that includes PFAS, the SDWA Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule, 1,4-Dioxane, and Harmful Algal Blooms. Paul provides these services across all of Pace Analytical’s 40-plus laboratories throughout the country. Paul is a U.S Army veteran where he got his start in laboratory testing, and has over forty years of experience in the environmental testing industry as a laboratory analyst, laboratory department manager, client services manager, business development manager, and Specialty Analytical Services program manager. Paul attended Towson University and University of Maryland for Business and Chemistry.

Mr. Jackson frequently presents at various state-level water utility and environmental conferences on the subjects of PFAS and Emerging Contaminants, and the US EPA’s Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Program.
