A: If you are unable to connect to GoToWebinar:

1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet and restarting GoToWebinar.
2. Try restarting your computer.
3. Try a different browser. Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge are the only browsers directly supported for the "GoTo" sessions.
4. Try getting the GoToWebinar Mobile App to access the webinar from your phone. Here are the links to the Apps.

5. If none of those trouble-shooting tips work, call the phone number that was sent to you in your confirmation email and use the access code to listen to the webinar.

If you can see the PowerPoints, but can't hear the speakers talking, try changing the GoTo Webinar audio settings to find one that is compatible with your device.  It's usually the default mode.

If you're an EnviroClass Member, and you haven't received your certificate after one week, please email Michelle. Most likely you registered for the webinar with a different email address than you used to set up your EnviroClass account.

A: We don't have access to the teachers' slides, but you're welcome to email them directly to get access to their slide decks. Speakers' contact information is given out during each webinar and it can be found here for the latest webinar. Latest Live Webinars

A: Go to www.enviroclass.com/login, scroll to the bottom, and select “Forgot Password.” You will automatically be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password to the email address associated with your account.

A: After watching the video in its entirety, and passing the assessment, your certificate will automatically be emailed to the address associated with your account within a few minutes. Be sure to check your junk folder & make sure our email isn't marked as spam. If you still do not receive your certificate, please email us directly. 

A: If you need to take a small break or phone call in the middle of the video, you can pause and resume with no interruptions. However, if you log out or have a disruption in the connection, it may restart the video from the beginning.

A: No. In order for us to stay compliant with state board regulations for approving credits, you can not fast-forward, skip ahead, or rewind the video classes.

Tip ~ Pay attention, pause if needed, and take good notes while watching to pass the quiz at the end.

A: Yes! Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the title of the class and she can resend your certificate.

A: Go to your state board website to view what parameters your state uses for webinar approval. Go to our PDH Page to see what classes have been approved by state boards that required pre-approval.

A: Monthly membership requires a 3 month minimum commitment. If you want to cancel after the 3 month period, please email [email protected].

Annual memberships will auto-renew yearly on the date you signed up. If you want to cancel your annual membership, please email [email protected] before your annual renewal date.

A: Absolutely! You should receive an automatic receipt by email for every transaction you make. Double check your junk folder in case you don't see it in your inbox. If you still can't locate it, email [email protected] for further assistance.

A: If you have an EnviroClass account, you may log in, go to Settings, toggle all email settings to on, and click Save.  

If you don't have an EnviroClass account, fill out the double opt-in form below. Then respond to the email from EnviroClass to agree to opt-in to getting emails.
